Tender opportunities are advertised in the Government tender section of each Wednesday's Courier-Mail and in various regional newspapers. Tender opportunities are also listed on the Queensland Government's e-tender website. |
Do I have to register in all regions to obtain work?
No. When completing your Application for Registration Form, simply indicate which regions you would like to work with. If you are already registered and wish to work in other regions as well, please notify your local regional QBuild Procurement Manager in writing. |
What are QBuild's payment terms?
QBuild's payment terms for Suppliers of Goods are 30 days from the receipt of an appropriately completed tax invoice. For BSA-licensed contractors, the payments period is 21 days. |
Do I need to provide Workcover insurance if I have no employees?
No. However, if you are self-employed it is recommended that you arrange personal injury insurance for your own protection. |
