Services

QBuild is clustered in three core service groups:

Maintenance Services – all maintenance management functions, maintenance works and other services that relate to the maintenance of a building asset (includes service maintenance contracts, maintenance assessments and unplanned maintenance work)

Building Services – all services that support building operations and/or enhance the environment (includes security, pest control, indoor plant hire and special environmental programs)

Building Construction Services – building and construction management functions, major and minor capital works and other products that relate primarily to the building and/or construction of an asset (includes project management, construction management, and construction programs)

We also offer a specialist Disaster Management service that can help communities protect and/or rebuild vital infrastructure
